My experience here has been truly outstanding. Kim and Hailey are exceptional—always friendly, incredibly easy to work with, and consistently willing to go above and beyond to make the apartment search smooth and an obvious choice. This is my second time at this location, and after being away for seven months, they remembered me by name, knew my previous apartment number the moment I walked into the leasing office, and even recalled my apartment preferences. That level of personal attention says... a lot. This is the kind of community you’re proud to be a part of.

Quiet, clean and safe apartment community
I have had a pleasant experience here at Villas at Beardslee. From the first tour with Kim, who has provided exceptional service and care throughout the move in process and beyond—to the quiet, cleanly and safe apartment community and surroundings nearby. The apartment is also spacious, cozy and modern!

Great Community
Living here has been great! Hailey in the front office has been a huge help and such a bright light around the community! Location is right off the freeway. Very pet- friendly!
