From their "manager's special" fixes to the utter lack of communication, you too will know exactly what it's like to get treated as a number. This company seems to care only about its own financial interests, as evidenced by the limited scope of what they hold themselves accountable for—certainly not your personal health or well-being.

I would recommend a different apartment community in the Martha Lake area of Lynnwood around 164th. The rent for 3bed is $3,000-$3,100 after typical parking (1 carport and 1 uncovered) with utilities. The sewer is currently being overcharged by the water district and the utility and apartment management haven't resolved the issue. This unit is partly renovated so the cabinets are newer. The surfaces are in ok condition. However the bathrooms both lack fans venting to outdoors so they are growing... mold.

After putting in two work orders, the apartment management keeps closing them as 'resolved' and not replacing fans and molded drywall. I'm still seeking repair work. Read More

I live in this residence with my daughter and granddaughter. We are pleased with our separate bedrooms. I especially like ground floor, no steps, easy to find and spacious common area. I use a walker and the walkways are easy to navigate except for pine cones.

Nice community, everyone is pretty friendly. Staff seem to actually care which is refreshing.
