Great management, housekeeping and maintenance. Prices are high given the dated decor. The dark floors are ugly. The floors and rooms are cold given poor insulation. I like the location and restaurants near by.

Clean. Comfortable. Caring.

Coming from decades of experience with rental homes, Six Oakes is heads above the rest. The building is exceptionally clean at all times. Even the garage is spotless. The office is available and responsive always. Every time you enter you are kindly greeted. Every request for maintenance is handled with care and concern. They are truly exceptional professionals. I cannot recommend Six Oakes enough. The location is absolutely awesome too!

Cheers to everyone that works at Six Oakes. They go out of their way to accommodate, respond quickly and take care of any needs that arise. They are so friendly and welcoming. If I wasn't moving out of state I would stay indefinitely. We love it here!
