The worst apartment complex I've lived in for the last 20+ years
The worst apartment experience I've ever had in 20+ years renting. This complex has built 1/2" sub-flooring that allows every single sound to come from you apartment neighbor, I can hear my upstairs neighbor snore at night, I can hear every single step they take. The complex knows the floors are thin and they are ok with it because it was cheap.
There is a 4-5 INCH deep crater in the parking lot that is about 6-8 feet wide, front office was notified multiple times within the last 6-7 months and... nothing has been done and they said nothing probably will get done.
They moved all the mailboxes to one location, took all of our mail and sent it to a PO box, now they moved the boxes back but for some reason, none of my mail made it back. Federal mail? Ya, they don't care, just keep paying rent.
The water drainage is the worst I've ever seen. 1 week after a rain and all the grass is like a swamp. Some areas have standing water 24/7.
The rent is being raised because, why not. I am only here because I am close to work. The second I get a chance to move out of this permanent purgatory, I will jump at the bit.
Do yourself a favor and look ANYWHERE else, this place does not respect you or your time.

Terrible place to live
Frequently allowed people to park in fire lanes right next to our windows. Very slow to respond to maintenance requests. Bad water heater. Mold problems. Fan above stove did not work at all. Nickel and dimed us when we moved out. The park (Goldsmith Neighborhood Park) right in front of the entrance to the apartments has a homeless problem. Terrible place to live, I’d give zero stars if I could.

I can not wait to move out of here
I live on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building and I can hear every step that my upstairs neighbors take loud and clear. I can hear when they flush or take a shower. Interior and appliances are newer but the building is old. I have talked to the neighbors and management.. Situation has not changed at all.. I am stressed at my own home. I can not relax at my own home.

Best walk to Microsoft, not worth the pain
Great for walking to Microsoft. You pay for it though. Management is a mess. Maintenance has been a pain to work with and very slow to resolve issues. Office collects packages but never lets you know they've arrived. Was told we will get fined for cigarette butts when no one in my family or guests have ever smoked. Postal worker is horrible, only get half the mail and bills we should, has caused huge problems.
