The manager Stephanie is the absolute worst she lies constantly. The apartments have mold i literally had to ask them to come and paint behind the toilet when I moved in because whoever painted this apartment decided not to there was black mold. They resurfaced my tub said itd be done by satuerday and then next came back to finish until tuesday the next week leaving me without a shower for 5 days. There are fireworks going off all the time from June through July and even near the new year. They... allow tweaker to work on cars a deposit their oil wherever they want when it rains the whole street becomes a rainbow. Reported it when the guy started pooring it near the pet area. My utilities have been ridiculously high as high as 90 dollars for garbage for a single occupant. Thats for a month. The district manager is just as bad as the property manager. Very unprofessional trash stacked outside of cabs or over flowing. Just the most ridiculous experience ive ever had renting. Im literally thinking about just moving back into my car because its a better situation than dealing with these people.

Great management
I'm proud to live here at Sherwood gardens in Auburn. There has been much improvement and management is just really really nice. I'm able to have my patio full of Flowers and I get a lot of compliments every Spring summer. Anytime I put a work order In maintenance is very fast At completing it. The families and other folks of our neighbors are really nice and friendly also And we all Look out for each other. Personally I feel it's also a safe area to live.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. Management is rude. RATS AND COCKROACHES within 30 days of living there. I now have to buy out of my lease in order to NOT live with rats and roaches. My sister has BLACK MOLD. Maintenance are individuals who sit out at their truck and drink beer instead of doing their job. This is the slum of the slum. Don't waste your money.

DISGUSTING
DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place smells like sewage there’s rats everywhere and roaches it is disgusting and the leasing office does nothing . Stephanie is a HORRIBLE manager and she’s extremely rude and does not want to do her job.

Amazing
Kerra & Allysa Are awesome and very good at getting things for their tenants. I love my apartment it’s an perfect size and I also love the location.
