I don't have the time or the energy to write all the reasons this property is a 1-star, but I'll get into a few:
VERY LITTLE PARKING-- do not expect to have guests over because there is *nowhere* to park. They would have to either park at Factoria or the Park and Ride and walk, which has become even more inconvenient with the construction blocking off Eastgate Way.
The garage has a VERY limited number of spots, and they are $150/month with a long waitlist. Because of this there is constantly... a line of cars in the fire lane, which has become pretty dangerous with people whipping around the blind corner to/from the garage.
I have never seen so much dog poop in my entire life as I have here on this property-- it is *everywhere*. Property managers have sent out two empty threats to fine people who don't clean up after their dogs, and it has done quite literally nothing to help the issue. You are almost guaranteed to step on dog poop while walking around the property. It's nasty.
The property managers almost never respond to emails-- if you have something you need their attention on you have to go to the office in person (and they always act annoyed to help).
Structural integrity of the building is questionable-- I'm no expert, but large cracks in the walls of both floors of the garage *within the first year of being built* doesn't seem great. There is also currently a pool of water on the first floor of the garage that is dripping pretty substantially down to the second floor of the garage through a crack that's at least 8 feet long. No clue where the water is coming from, but there's a lot of it...
The property takes forever to fix things-- the garage door had been broken for several weeks (on multiple occasions) and the window of a stairwell door has been shattered for exactly two months tomorrow. I wonder how long it will take them to fix the massive crack in the garage floor/ceiling that I mentioned above....It started last night, which is what prompted me to finally write a review--I'm so fed up (and concerned for our safety at this point)
I am so frustrated living here, and have been for months but it's the only place we can afford near our jobs (and it's still expensive!) The second we can afford to live somewhere else we are RUNNING FULL SPEED away from this property.
Please, if you have any other viable option DO NOT MOVE HERE. Save yourself so many headaches and so much anxiety...

Nice units at a nice location. But it is absolutely ruined by the parking situation alone. Limited garage space and even more limited outside parking. There is no convenient way to transit to places, especially for those trying to drive to work. People save spots for each other on outside spots and others have to wait hours on end for a spot. It’s either walk 10-15 mins to your car in a not as safe area or you risk getting towed. Honestly, the planning for the parking at this apartment was... incompetent despite everything else being pretty good.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!
If you like having a place to park your car and timely responses to communication from the company then this is not the place for you. Polaris advertises garage parking on their website. There is apparently very limited parking in the garage and surrounding area. Not only do they gaslight you into thinking that you will get a spot they will not respond to emails about parking or other topics. I have to park a 10-15 walk from the apartment at the park and ride past a homeless... shelter. They seem to respond to comments like this with the same reply of you should do research about the area before you move and try some other form of transportation. However, you can do as much research as you want but if you are gaslit into garage parking the surrounding area is not a concern because you don't plan to walk through it at night as a young woman alone. And if you already own a car, the response of basically "don't have a car" and "use public transit" are null when you need a place to put your car. As this is a low income building I feel that the choice to make such limed parking was a reflection on the developers choice, of the belief that people who need to live here are less likely to have cars. So now forget about having guests because any parking that could be used for visitors is taken by tenants who just want to park close to home. People sit and wait for hours in the fire lane just to get a spot next to the building. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are other issues as well, including not being able to receive mail, or packages being left in a locked room when the office closes, and no internet. My only relief comes from the fact that they only do 6 month leases and I don't have to be here much longer.
