How Is This Rating Determined?

Gross and Overpriced

Given the high rent rates, compared to other properties, I would discourage anyone from living here. There is an over abundance of trash and the tenants do not take care of the property.

Frequent pest problems. tiny parking space, expect scratches on your car.

Living at the Foothills

This is a great location for families. There are 2 pools as well as 2 gyms. There are also numerous schools near by. Easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, etc. They also do weekly maintenance to keep the grounds looking great.
