Love living here. I have been here a long time. I especially enjoy the different things that CPE does, enjoyed the Christmas party. The staff is very nice and helpful. The grounds are well kept. I do truly feel this is my home.

Unresponsive and inexperienced leasing staff. Lots of cockroaches. Noisy community - lots of late-night car horns honking. Trash bags in the hallways for days. Food scraps and dirty hallways. Entire building smells like insecticide.
