If you want to use your own furniture and decor instead that is totally up to you. I am a mostly introverted person and keeps to myself.
I have 2 tiny-dogs and 3 cats (they do NOT roam the common areas more than a small portion of the day and do not have access to the front entrance). No pets will be greeting you at the front door, also they do not have access to the stairs. They stay in a separate private room downstairs come out only 2x a day. You get your own raised garden-bed if you want to grow your own vegetable garden. There’s also a Nordic trak elliptical in the garage you can use as long as it’s functional, it’s big like the ones you see at the gym.
No smoking. Shared common areas include kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, backyard, living room, breakfast nook
& storage area in garage (the garage is a cluttered but there is space)
