Sitting on Elm St. in Montpelier is this fantastic 2 bedroom! You can enter from the front of the building, which brings you into the living room, or on the side, where you enter the kitchen. The living room is large and has lots of natural light. Down a little hallway, you have the first bedroom, the bathroom, and a storage closet! The eat in kitchen has plenty of room for a table, as well as a copious amount of counter and cabinet space. It also holds washer and dryer hookups. The second bedroom is off of the kitchen and has a great closet! Take a 3D tour: Resident is responsible for electric (includes hot water - Green Mountain Power), snow removal of the shared walk, and cable/wifi (if desired). We love animals, however only service animals and emotional support animals allowed with approval. Vet records required. Dogs must be met prior to approval.
