They raise rents a lot
Always construction going on and quite noisy during the day. They've raised our rent 2 times in a year.

Not worth the hassle
We've lived here for two years and every spring and summer there is construction going on. They've increase our rent twice in a year and the apartment is cheaply made and not worth the money we spend.

Great Apartments, Great Management
Great experience renting here for the 4 years I was in VT. Apartments are nicely laid out and although appliances aren't newest they get the job done. Management lives on site so they are invested in the property. For the handful of issues I had here maintenance wise they were solved either the day of or the next day.
