My husband and I lived here for almost 3 years and have no complaints. We really enjoyed living here! The people in the office are always super friendly especially dawn who has been very helpful to us with any questions we have. The landscaping is always super nice and kept. Such a nice pool, and little lake. Maintenance is also on it and always there within the same day you put in a request. I also always have felt safe here which was a huge thing for me. I will definitely miss living here!

I have lived here now for about 3 months.. I have read some of the negative reviews and that is just not the experience that I have had so far. It is an older apartment complex that is extremely well maintained. I am always seeing the facilities/service people constantly out and about working hard and the few times that I have put in for a service request the response has been quick and professional. The facilities and amenities are very nice and I have been very pleased. Parking is good and the... fitness center is terrific. Kendra in the front office was great to work with and helped me every step of the way during my process of moving in/lease paperwork. Very quiet community and neighbors so far have been polite and cordial. I have a 1 bedroom apt and may be looking at going in to a 2 bedroom at some point. Apartments do not have washer dryers in them but the buildings have washer dryers available and they appear to be maintained. The carpet and the appliances in my apartment are very nice. Read More

As a local college student, I needed to find something quick but so far not good. I really had high hopes since it’s so nicely kept up on the OUTSIDE, but everything has been good until this point unfortunately. I understand previous tenants aren't their fault but its only 2 days before move-in and apartment was in horrendous condition. I doubt their other apartments look like this, but COVID is still here so why isn’t there a deep standard 3-5 day cleaning procedure after each tenant and not a... quick last minute one day half cleaning! Isn’t that required especially now with COVID? At this point I don’t even want to move into this specific unit at all after seeing its previous condition with dirt bacteria and so on from previous tenants. There needs to be a very very deep cleaning done that should take several days! Severely disappointed. I doubt their other apartments are like this. Hopefully things get better. Walls are very thick and it looks great on the outside. However management is hit or miss. While the office staff is super friendly most every time we had a serious concern of safety we were brushed off. Also the laundry situation is atrocious; just the worst- might as well budget for paying for water bills. Over an ok first place but for no longer than a year. (Handled covid response poorly as well, so take that with a grain of salt.)

I lived at Waterford apartments for 2.5 years and had a great time calling it my home. The staff there were always super helpful. My favorite aspect to their apartments is the large kitchen with a great granite countertop. Can’t say enough great things!
