Besides having my work orders taking a little longer than expected, I have no complaints. The office agents are very nice and my apartment is cozy.

I never had any complaints and the neighborhood is very quiet. They management are friendly and as well as the neighbors.

These Apartments are definitely not NEW. They are nice and the cosmetics of they property are well kept but that’s it. They are renovated with a lot of underlying issues a lot of the building out here has a musty smell and lingers in your closets and will make tour clothes SMELL, probably from the ditch that surrounds the property and with ditches comes rodents that are hard to catch. The noise is crazy you have roommates not neighbors. The only thing that is safe to put in the garbage disposal... is water or it will break and speaking of garbage some parents allow their children to take the trash to the compactor so trash is everywhere until maintenance cleans it In the AM. No need to buy pot there are many out here so you will get contact. Lastly maintenance will address broken items BUT DONT COMPLAIN TOO because that is highly frowned upon.Security is a joke they are just paid to do nothing and NONE of the staff lives here nor ever lived here so they cannot fathom what is is like from the tenants or the conditions out here.
