Many people are working during the leasing office hours or just want to ask a quick question so a working... email is the bare minimum if you want to engage with potential residents.

This place does not reach back out through email or text me and my fiancé was looking at places they had that was soon to be open but every time we called or text or email we got no response so if you plan on contacting them go in person don’t waste your time like I have done. Thank you and have a great one.
