There will be four guys in this house, and we have currently filled three of the rooms (one guy is a 19-year-old welder, and the other is a 20-year-old Home Depot worker, and then me). Three guys will share the upstairs full bath, but there is also a half bath downstairs. The house is partially furnished with a couch, kitchen table, and chairs that were given to me, but if you have nicer furniture, you can bring it. My parents own this house and provide individual leases, so you will only be responsible for your rent. Background check required and one month’s rent deposit.

House rules: no overnight guests, no drugs, no vaping or smoking, and keep common spaces clean.

An additional flat $100 fee for all utilities will be charged per month per tenant. All set up utility charges, and the router will be included in the rent and flat utility fee.
