Renew Little Creek is like living in a vacation spot… The community overall is clean, very well maintained and picturesque- there are even a couple tropical Palm trees in front of the leasing office and pool! Few bumps with moving in. Trash for where we throw are items out at is always full and everywhere. The kitchen has bugs. Had to spray multiple times and everyday I continue to see them

Joelle gave us a fabulous tour—she was professional, friendly, and presented all the information we needed in a streamlined and stress-free way. It made the decision to move in so much easier!
A huge shoutout to Iesha, the property manager, who has been nothing short of amazing. She’s warm, embracing, and incredibly helpful. Despite the busy Memorial Day weekend, she... responded quickly to our needs and even remembered and addressed the minor issues we mentioned upon moving in. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care is rare and deeply appreciated.

It paints a beautiful picture but not worth the money at all parking sucks they don’t have garages the use them for maintenance not the residents the maintenance people are horrible the don’t have elevators the they don’t have grounds keeping you have to take ya trash down a least a block it it goes on
