We have just given this apartment a fresh new look and will also be adding a laundry room in the apartment complex as well as updating the landscaping around the apartment in the spring . Dine in eating spot in... the kitchen. Off street parking as well. Water is included with the rent. Resident is responsible for Electric and Internet utilities. A short walk or ride to downtown Grandin Area and all its wonderful dining and entertainment amenities! We have an amazing maintenance staff to help with work orders as well as staff on call for emergencies and we are great about responding to our residents in a timely fashion as well.
