I’ve been living here at the icon for over a year and I love it. The amenities are perfect. The pool is great as well. The staff are great actually Rihanna they’re always professional. I love that they’re always smiling. I haven’t had a bad experience at all whatever is needed. It’s always taken care of and I love it and I love the games and the activities and the fun things that are put together for us at the icon.

Apartment is OK. Fun location in Scotts Addition but management was very behind on construction schedule. Pool and courtyard area were completed months after we were told it would be ready. Maintenance issues with our apartment that have yet to be fixed.

Overall I really like living here! It was frustrating to not have the pool that was part of the amenities I paid for the first summer, but it was opened early this year and is very nice. Krista is a great prop manager and I really appreciate her.

Wish they wouldn’t increase rent by 2% every year for no reason. Also because construction was rushed, even though it’s new construction, there are several issues with the paint job, dirt on windows, and knicks on cabinets that are visible. There is absurdly little closet space if you want you live with two people. Like the neighborhood and having utilities included though.
