The property managers are great and the apartment common areas are cleaned daily. The trash fairies system and other amenities are working as expected, too.

Terrible communication from staff/PM on move-in day. Apartment was not ready when arriving and no one emailed me prior. The leasing agent that helped me get situated a little was kind, though.
