We have had a great experience here at the Horizon at Springdale Park. We moved about a year and a half ago. It has been an easy move thanks to the kind people at the leasing office. We have enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. The staff here have always been so kind and helpful.

Love living at the horizon! The staff is kind and our apartment is so cute. Going on year 2 of living here and will continue! The walls can be thin but no major issues other than that. They have good renting deals too!

Beware of the application process
My experience with the application process was horrible. Please be aware you have to make 3 times the amount of rent per month, it is in VERY SMALL writing towards the end of the application. This is net NOT gross, as I assumed. Mostly, all properties have this stipulation, but income is based on gross income NOT net income. I had multiple email conversations with my licensing agent, and met her in person. Income was NEVER mentioned. I basically paid them $100 view my 3 pay stubs. They refused... to refund my money. The $100 is for a credit and background check, neither one was done, again I paid a $100 for them to view my paystubs. However, it all worked out, found a larger apartment, 2 bedroom for the same price. I met their income requirements, as it was based on GROSS NOT NET, and I was told upfront as everyone should be as a curtesy.
