I love living at the community. All the office and maintenance staff are amazing. Always fun and nice thing to do. The community is also in a great location for so many thing to do and great restaurants

It’s been pretty great. I was planning on moving to the river lofts but had a bad experience the day I was going to pay the deposit. So I went on the hunt again and Nicole was able to get me in for a tour same day! Me and my girl love the place so far.

Great so far, the property itself is nice and it helps that the neighbourhood is generally quiet and peaceful! Leasing team are also very attentive and are always hosting great events.

We love The Guild community. It’s located in a vibrant, unique, and quiet neighborhood. Our move-in process was incredibly smooth, and so far we’ve truly enjoyed living here. The maintenance team has been quick to respond, which has been a wonderful experience.
