The people that manage this property do not care about their residents whatsoever, only collecting our money. When I moved in during June 2020 my apartment had not even been cleaned from the previous resident, and this is during the height of Covid. I had to wait to move in the following day and they refused to respond to my requests of taking that 1st day off my rent. Britney in the front office just chooses to ignore issues/residents problems hoping they go away I suppose. Then recently, the... package system broke (not their "fault" but their responsibility to maintain), and they did not even notify the residents. I had a bridesmaids dress stuck in the lockers and never found it/retrieved it. They knew how frustrated I was and acknowledged it was stuck in the system THEY manage, and I politely requested updates on the issue and received absolutely nothing. I asked for just a $30 credit on my rent for the inconvenience (which by no means covered my loss) and again Britney said it wasn't their problem. I called the main system and requested to be contacted by HER manager, and never received a call or message. Now today, I have MEDICATION stuck in the lockers that I suppose are out of order again. Did the residents receive any notice? No.

I enjoy living here otherwise so it is a shame that the people that manage the property care so little. I see based on other reviews I am not the only one that is disappointed. Read More
