I was recently locked out of my apartment due to a broken lock on the door. When contacting Westwinds Emergency maintenance they only provided me with two numbers for closed locksmiths in my area so I had them submit multiple work requests letting them know I was locked out. I ended up sleeping in my car with no call back. I went ahead and paid for a locksmith and informed the emergency maintenance line that I was having him open the lock and that they would have to just replace it later. I go... by with the invoice for the locksmith and am told that I am not able to be reimbursed because the two people that wrote up my service request with westwinds did not say it was a lockout event even though I made it very clear. Westwind is a Great place to live. Great community and peaceful. The property Manager(Sarah) is the best. She assist with anything that you have a problem with. I LOVE IT OUT HERE??
