The front office team is always so friendly and quick to return calls, and maintenance is amazing—super responsive with fast turnaround times! It’s quiet, peaceful, and such a lovely place to live. The neighbors are great, too, which makes the community feel extra welcoming and comfortable.

We have been here for 4 month promised they fix the washer still have not. So many issues with heat and maintenance takes forever to respond

I booked a tour using their website 3 days ago. Showed up, no one there. Called, was told it was a mistake. Lost 2 hrs wages for a tour that did not take place.

Maintenance doesn’t do their job. They place an order to fix something weeks later still not fixed. They are never there to speak to and when they do call back they’re rude. Worst place I have ever lived in. Disposals never work, bugs aren’t that but but they’re an issue. The kids in the neighborhood damage property and nothing is done about it. There’s no cameras to secure your safety. All around worst first apartment experience ever.
