The new office staff is amazing and extremely professional, they have been nothing but helpful. The property as a whole has changed as well as the quality of residents, it is definitely more family oriented, you can see kids playing outside every day and the new management company has made a lot of new improvements to the property. I couldn’t be happier being apart of this community.

The new management at oyster point place apartments are very professional and have met all necessary needs for my apartment. The community is in a nice location nearby a lot of places including shops, museums and restaurants.

I've been living at opp for a few months now. At first i was scared to move here, but when i had a walk through with Nichole i felt safer and more reassured that i would love living here. I feel safer now that the police patrol here. Thanks oyster point place for giving me a safe place to live

It's ok. The rent office really only care about getting your money they don't really care about keeping the residents happy, you do have to keep coming back and even get loud with the rent office just to get maintenance to your apt to fix stuff. They say no aggressive breads alone yet in the morning you see a lot of pitbull being walk (however the owners do have control of them). I gave this place 3 stars because the pool is nice and rent is affordable.
