Nothing but break-ins after break-ins here with cars and apartments, oh and don't forget the storage lockers they have for you too. Our storage was broken into and our front door was kicked down and the only thing the company was rent and when my husband and I asked what about our stuff stolen they said that is what our insurance is for. There is no security or he only comes around once in a blue moon. people are always parking in your spot and when you call the office about it they say to call... the towing people that they have signs all around for. When you call the towing company they charge you for removing somebody else's car in your spot. This place is ridiculous and the security deposit is based on your credit the lowest is what they have advertise. All around keep looking don't move in here.

Dear Anonymous, We are so sorry that you have been unhappy at Churchland Square. Since we don’t know how to contact you, please call of come by the office so that we can work through any problems you are having. We strive to have 100% resident... satisfaction and want you to love living here. We do have a security company that patrols at several random times each night. Our tow policy is that cars won’t get towed until they have been tagged and the tow company can only tow with the permission of management. They only charge the person who goes to pick up their car after it has been impounded, so you should never have to pay if someone else is parked in your spot. Thank you for taking the time to make us aware that you have had some concerns. Please give us the opportunity to fix any issues.
