I just read something that says oakmont north provides free water, now I’m wondering why do I pay for water every month with my rent can someone please explain?

I hate this place I’m no longer comfortable here, roaches, spiders and mice are driving me crazy. I’m tired of losing sleep and maintenance having an attitude when they come over and put a bandaid on everything and not fixing the problem

I moved in here a two years ago and 1st year I thought I lucked up with a spacious living room and big master bedroom and small second bedroom, by the 2nd year boy was I wrong 14 months of me living here I started seeing spiders,water bugs, and bed bugs... I called the office and explain the situation they told me they would have someone out asap to fix this problem, ok cool they claim they came base off the note on my door saying they were here and the problem was fixed, even mentioned how good... my apartment smells and how clean it was so if the problem was “fixed” why approximately two weeks later I’m up 2am feeling things crawl on me, my girlfriend rolling herself up like a blunt so she won’t get bite (my bed is against the wall) my roommate has OCD and he’s freaking out because spiders constantly are coming through his windows which was cracked, so I went ahead and bomb it myself and bought traps and fly catchers,spray the whole 9, mind you I have no pets have a slight case of OCD myself so I’m always cleaning even when it’s clean but no it only gets better so today 3/29/18 I just got home from pulling a double and want to take a shower and the tub is clogged up for the 8x this month...wait wait it’s gets better, So after showering I went to lay down and happen to dose off to start hearing squeaky noise ?? so now there’s mice too, yeah I don’t play with those type of creatures so I’m moving, as far as the staff they’re ok (Jenny) Christina is a liar I done caught her in a couple lies over these pass few months and so have my neighbors, honestly I’m done the rent goes up every year while nothing improves in there units, I’ve been told there was going to be a gym years later still nothing ohh but it’s in the works, yea ok honestly the only good part about this complex is it’s right next to everything but for what you have to deal with your better off finding something else. Live in a unit that is mice and roach infested. Pest control sucks. No central air or heat. A/c unit in living room does not circulate to the back of the apartment. Don't plan on renewing lease.

WHEN I moved in everything was great until about 4 months later I started hearing scratches inside the wall. There would be mouse's running around everywhere I called mateinence like 7 times and they still did a poor job of patching the holes smh. One time I trapped about 6 in one night and I also live on the 1st floor and NO the office didn't offer a discount or anything all they cared about was getting there rent money on time.
