AREA: My family and I need to lease our house, which is located in a calm residential district just north of Virginia Beach. The property is centrally located in Hampton Roads and is within a 5-minute drive of: I-264/I-64; public park; CVS pharmacy;... Walmart; Lowe's; Costco; Poplar Hall Elementary (Kindergarten through 2nd grade); restaurants galore, and any other amenity you could want. Downtown Norfolk is 10 minutes away, or you can walk (or drive 4 mins) to the Park and Ride and take the Light Rail (the "Tide") downtown at Military Highway station (children and students ride free). Naval Station Norfolk and downtown Virginia Beach are each a 20 minute drive. Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story are each only 15 minutes away. This house is ideal for a small family (my wife and I have two young boys) or two/three individuals.
