When your kid comes in the house with shoes caked with dog poop from playing outside I kind of wish I can leave zero stars. This is just a fraction of the dump this place really is. Thank you to the office staff who were patient and kind with me. I appreciate you working hard to get me moved in. I recommend anyone who is looking for apartment.

Since new management took over a few months ago it’s been horrible. Extra fees that come out of nowhere, doubled water bills from their mess ups, can’t keep up with payments, police out here every day, bugs, kids stealing cars, I can keep going. The only good thing out here is Maxine in the office.

Don't expect them to fix anything, it won't get done. They don't care about anything except making sure rent is paid on time. Maintenance is really bad.

The new management sucks the rent steady going up every year but the services getting worse the gym still not open the building are dirty and looks horrible the dumpster has trash everywhere waverton is just going downhill
