Our application took over a month to process. So, why 5 stars? It was in no way their fault. Every step of the way, they were working it out and keeping us informed. The ladies in that office seriously need a raise. They are friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their jobs, property, and residents. We have had some small bumps since then, move-in stuff mostly, but they've all been handled quickly. Maintenance has been polite, respectful, professional and quick to... respond. The kitchen has a ton of storage space and truly impressive counter space. The in-unit washer and dryer are a godsend! So much time, money, and energy saved. When you're counting your spoons as closely as I have to (I am disabled), every little bit helps! Also, we ran the ac hard this month. It has been hot. I've run the dishwasher almost daily, done laundry, and run my fan all the time. Our first electric bill was less than $80. Massively improving over our last apartment. They are very safety oriented. The parking lot is well lit at night and has security cameras. There are two decent sized closets in the primary bedroom, we are in a two bedroom unit. The smaller bedroom has a standard closet. The bathroom has an impressive amount of storage under the sink, a large mirror and a surprising amount of counter space. We have not seen any bugs, beyond the occasional fly that gets in when the door opens! Honestly, these are older townhomes. They have a few quirks, some personality, and some history. If you have small children this place is NOT recommended. The shootings are getting out of control. I literally walked into people shooting at each other trying to walk to my 1 bedroom apartment. And I was 8 months pregnant! I had to call maintenance literally every month for my AC going out. So much trash fills the dumpsters. All that renovating for nothing

Soundview is great to me. It has wonderful staff Tiffany in the rental office is amazing. The apartment itself is updated and has washer and drivers. You can’t beat it. No bugs. I would recommend to anyone.

The wood floors upstairs are very creaky. The 1 Bedroom apartments are positioned directly over one another, meaning that my downstairs neighbor's bedroom was directly underneath my bedroom, living room was the same. I could hear every conversation, even what TV shows she watched. Other than that, decent. Nice kitchen. No bug issues.
