Bad, bad, bad apartments
I have a friend who moved to Virginia and wanted to know how I liked these apartments as I lived here at one time. All I could think of was BAD, BAD, BAD in every way. The people in the office were unprofessional, incompetent and indifferent. It seems to me they do as little as possible to maintain the apartments. Making a profit at the renters expense is how I see it. They don't seem to understand the concept that you may be renting from them but it is our home while we... are here and they need to show a little respect. Also the professional way of showing that the maintenance people were in the apartment and completed any kind work order is to leave a form for the tenant showing what was done and when. They never did that when I was there. If you truly care about your tenants, you dont just come wipe out the recurring mold with CLOROX, you hire someone to remove it from inside the walls where its coming from. There is truly something wrong with this attitude and this thinking. I surely cant comprehend it. If anyone is paying their hard earned money on an apartment, it goes two ways. I'VE NEVER LIVED ANYWHERE LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE BEFORE !!! DON'T MOVE HERE
