The biggest issue with this community is the trash, and prospective residents deserve to know about it BEFORE signing a lease. Residents regularly leave bags of trash sitting outside their doors throughout the entire day. Management appears to be aware that this continues to happen, but so far there does not seem to be any meaningful effort to stop it. With trash constantly sitting in the hallways, I’m genuinely concerned about what kind of pest problem this could create as the weather gets... colder. The wood flooring directly in front of some doors is visibly stained from what appears to be trash bags being left there repeatedly over time. When garbage is being left outside often enough to literally stain the flooring, that should tell you something about how normalized this has become. I also recently spoke with a resident who told me she has lived here for more than 10 years and that the trash has always been a problem during her time here. Obviously, I cannot personally speak to what the property was like 10 years ago, but hearing that from a long-term resident does not exactly inspire confidence. So respectfully, I really do not want to hear that management is still “working on a solution” to the trash problem if this has potentially been going on for years. What makes this even more frustrating is that the trash problem was not mentioned to me until AFTER I had already signed my lease. So I’m leaving this review to make sure future residents have that information upfront before they make the same decision. There is also only one trash compactor for the community. If you live toward the back of the property, have fun either carrying your trash across the community or putting dirty garbage in your car to drive it over. Once you get there, you may be welcomed by a massive pile of trash surrounding the compactor from residents and what appears to be additional dumping. If you think I’m exaggerating, do yourself a favor before signing a lease: come take a drive through the community on a Sunday and see it for yourself. The property may have fresh paint and look nice during a tour, but don’t let the new paint fool you. At this point, the community seems to have developed a symbiotic relationship with trash, and the follow-through on other issues has not exactly inspired confidence either.

I've had a mixed experience living here for the past 5 years. The first 3 years were great, with amazing neighbors and a wonderful community. However, the last 2 years have been quite terrible. The property management seems indifferent to the type of tenants they allow, and the parking area and grass is constantly littered with trash. It's become difficult for me to enjoy the pool during summer, as it gets taken over by unfamiliar people throwing parties late into the night. And let's not even... get started on the rent increase over the past 2 years, which has amounted to almost $300. On the positive side, the units themselves are in good condition, and the maintenance team, as well as Barbara in the office, have been great. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on who is in charge, as I am unaware of their identity. Now, let's discuss the fires that have occurred in the past 3 years. The most recent one was a massive fire on October 22nd, and prior to that, there was another fire in June 2021 which resulted in the loss of my apartment. I must commend Barbara for finding me a new apartment the very next day. Additionally, there was a fire on the third floor in the fall of 2020. I'm uncertain why these fires are happening so frequently or what is causing them, but one thing is certain: I will not be renewing my lease. I have been here now three months. I have such a good feeling of home each time I drive in and when I enter my apartment. It’s peaceful and very pretty and I feel safe here. The staff are all friendly, maintenance staff have answered the one problem I had quickly. Thank you all.

Had a tour here and went great. Very spacious apartment with outstanding amenities. What really made me really want to consider this complex was the warm welcome and hospitality that I received during the tour.
