very predatory. Had me sign a lease told me AFTER that rent is due on the 1st with no grace period which truthfully tells me everything I need to know about MAA. They didn’t let me out of the agreement even though they DELIBERATELY withheld information. Save yourself self the head ache I’ve had several apartments and town homes and nothing comes remotely close to the level of dissatisfaction I’ve experienced here.

Nothing ever works. Constantly need maintenance. Everything is old and ran down. Agree with other reviews management sucks. I’m just waiting for my lease to be up so I can get the heck out. So many better and nicer complexes in the area. Try them. Stay away from here! So many other complaints. Run fast!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!! I recommend looking at these reviews before applying !!! Everybody has the same issue literally..I paid for express cleaning and carpet cleaners, they did a walk through thinking someone was gonna clean first but no they take pictures of everything that wasn’t cleaned and charged me 1193 for carpet..doesn’t make sense when I paid people to come clean..I spoke with someone in the office they stated they refunded me my express cleaning LIKE WHAT?!? why would you do that ?... PLEASE SAVE YALL MONEY AND DO NOT RENT HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!

Worst experience with a rental property every and I have moved alot. Management is rude and corporate office will do nothing if you think you can just call them.

Colonial Village is a see warm and cozy environment. The staff is exceptional and extremely helpful! Colonial Village is a nice place to live.
