I had a very positive experience living at TGM Ridge. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, the office was responsive and easy to work with.
The maintenance team also did a great job addressing requests in a timely manner, and the property was consistently well cared for throughout my time here.
Overall, I enjoyed living at TGM Ridge and would recommend it to anyone... looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community.

Best in Manassas
I've had a great experience at TGM Ridge. The community is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. It's a quiet, comfortable place to live, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming community.

Just wow!
I’ve truly enjoye living at TGM Ridge. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major commuter routes. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents, making it feel like more than just an apartment community. The amenities are great, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall, TGM Ridge has been a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

Positive Living Experience
I’ve had a positive experience living here. The staff has been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions.
The community is clean and well maintained, with free parking and a well-equipped gym. The resident portal is easy to use for rent payments and maintenance requests, and the leasing and move-in process was smooth and efficient.
Overall, I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Nice place to live but……
The management is very friendly and helpful except when you have a complaint. The response I get from them is not very helpful and because of the excessive and disrespectful loud booms that come from my upstairs neighbors, I spend a lot of nights out of my apartment. I have been told to call the non emergency number and that’s all I get from them. The rent went up $130 and I don’t get to enjoy my apartment. The apartment is very nice, modern, and spacious, I just don’t enjoy living here.
