Born and raised in Charlottesville and Albemarle and educated at William & Mary, Kristin has a profound understanding of the area, its surroundings, and all that it has to offer. Kristin began her real estate career here in Charlottesville in 1994, earning Rookie of the Year honors. In 1997, she relocated to California where she spent a number of years in corporate recruiting, returning to Charlottesville in 2008 with a wealth of business experience. Her skill in the art of negotiation, contracts, marketing, and consultative sales enables her to provide clients with service that goes above and beyond the basics of managing a real estate transaction. Kristin is genuinely committed to exercising a positive and constructive influence in her family, community, and industry. She won the 2017 Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors Sales Associate of the Year award, which is awarded to REALTORS® who distinguish themselves as a top producer and still manage to be actively involved in the Association, civic affairs, and continue to improve their skills by obtaining education and professional designations, like Kristin’s NAR Green Designation. Kristin has been recognized as a member of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors Honor Society since 2016 and serves as a director on the newly formed Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors Foundation Board. She volunteers with Blue Ridge Area Home Builders Association, Albemarle Housing Improvement Project, International Neighbors, Women United in Philanthropy, and serves on the board for Piedmont CASA. When not with clients, Kristin can be found spending time with her family and friends, reading, exercising, or traveling.
