I have only lived here one week, but so far I am enjoying it. The property is quiet and clean, and the residents are respectful. The units are beautiful, and have top tier appliances, counter tops, flooring, etc. The leasing and move in process were easy and straightforward. The leasing office went above and beyond to help me with the leasing process and they were patient answering all of my questions. Phillip specifically was very friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent - very... convenient to everything and easily walkable.

Love living at moder falls, quiet non smoking building, clean. Coms with a lot of amenities (gym, swimming pull,working space in dor garage what in winter times come handy! community is awesome, of you need quick coffee shot Tate Bakery is right on the corner. Over all five star living.
