I’ve only been living here for about a month, but so far, my experience has been mostly positive. The move-in process was smooth, and the leasing office was helpful with all the paperwork and questions I had. The apartment itself was clean and ready when I arrived, which I appreciated. I love the amount of natural light that comes into my unit during the day, and the layout feels open and welcoming.
The neighborhood seems quiet and safe, and I’ve enjoyed walking around the area in the evenings.... I haven’t used the parking lot yet since I don’t drive, but there always seems to be a decent number of open spaces when I walk by.
Since I’m still new here, I haven’t had to contact maintenance yet, but I’m hoping the good things I’ve heard about their responsiveness are true. So far, it feels like a nice place to call home.

The location is unbeatable, with tons of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just steps away. It really feels like a perfect blend of convenience and comfort. My apartment is modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and there’s a genuine sense of care from the management team. I truly feel at home here and would recommend Modera Mosaic to anyone looking for an upscale, vibrant place to... live.

I’ve been really enjoying my time at Modera Mosaic. It’s so nice to live in an apartment that doesn’t constantly require repair maintenance. Although quite expensive, you really do get what you pay for. A nice apartment, amenities, and great location.
All of the staff here are super friendly and professional as well. If you can afford it, I would highly recommend renting here.
