Roach infested

Infested with roaches and don’t try moving in from out of state, they’ll put you in an unrenovated apartment that stinks. Don’t do it!

In July 2020, Colonial Court Townhomes has new ownership and management. The new owners are making significant improvements to the community and hope to earn a 5-star rating next time!

Horrible

The place is horrible, my purse was stolen out of my car. The maintenance is not professional at all. We had black mold and it took them 3 days to remove it.
