Exactly like I thought it’s going to be amazing community inside and outside. I love to be in Emerson apartment . People, front desk and staff they are amazing ??

There’s been so many changes with the staffing in the office, packages are hard to pick up if they are delivered to the office Versus the package lockers because the office isn’t open yeet when I leave for work and closed by the time I get home. I’ve lived in several communities where 1 night a week the office was open later to accommodate for residents that work the only hours the office is open. Even if you go by what used to be the typical office hours of 9-5/5:30 that means your residents... who are not work from home are leaving before the office opens, and depending on where they work coming home either after the 6pm office close time or right as the office is closing. And we all know how happy they are to have someone come in at 5:55. (They’re not). And there are many who work Saturdays too.
And the rent increase that came out for our renewal? A 12% base increase? It’s not like we are getting 12% more service (in fact they’ve decided to close on Sundays so less service) Read More

The staff in the leasing office is so friendly and helpful. There is so much here that if they had a cafe or bistro, I would never have to leave ??

Ive enjoyed life at Emerson since September 2019. Among the many things that make living here exceptional are friendly staff, areas to relax and gather with family or friends, free coffee, well maintained grounds and building, and community events. There are several restaurants in walking distance and grocery shopping is nearby. I dont have a pet, however, the pets seem to like it here too!

My daughter and I toured a number of apartments in the area and none of them compared to the cleanliness, amenities and overall appearance of Emerson. We absolutely love it!
