Your only utility to pay is electric and your phone and internet. Berryville is located at US340 and business Route 7. It is 25 miles west of Leesburg and 10 miles east of Winchester. The Crows Nest is located downtown, two short blocks from the main street where there are many restaurants and cafes, banks and shops. It is a short walk across Rose Hill Park to city and county offices and the library. No smoking, please. No Pets.
