Worst Experience The apartment is nice. They had an infestation issue... the apartment wasn't even ready on our move in date we had to wait. There was a roach infestation and they tried to intimidate us into staying. Absolutely a horrible experience.

We do our best to have everything perfect before move-in, and some maintenance items were backordered. Our team attempted to provide alternative,... upgraded units at the same price point. I have lived here for 4 years
I Love the Westgate apartments. I have been a resident here for 4 years and honestly this has been the best experience. The neighborhood is beautiful and diverse. The buildings are cleaned daily by the lovely housekeepers. Maintenance are punctual and the office ladies are top notch! Ms. Paula in the office is so kind hearted and beyond helpful. I have been blessed to find this gem in Manassas plus is down the block from EVERYTHING.

it’s okay
For what you’re paying it’s a pretty good apartment. The staff and maintenance guys are nice and we’re always there to help when needed. The reason for such a low review is there were pretty big roaches and it kinda freaked me out and just in general it wasn’t the safest place to stay. I had more than one sketchy incident where I felt unsafe. I wouldn’t walk my dog at night but other than that it wasn’t terrible.
