Truly, I’ve lived in Shirlington, Alexandria, DuPont, to Crystal City… all luxury buildings and this is by far my favorite. I honestly came here to write a review as I will be moving soon and am going to miss the staff and customer service here so much. From the Matinence team to the cleaning team, to the concierge to the exceptional leasing agents (specifically Lauren) they all work as if I’m their only customer!

The apartment itself is the sell! I haven’t had a gym membership in two years. I... train 5x a week and use the yoga room often. There is no view comparable to the views here especially in the summer. The location to the bus stop, highway, and Georgetown are all walking distance. As well as Arlington- Safeway, target, CVS & every food choice I could imagine- Especially great for healthy options.

The apartments are beautiful. I have a junior one bedroom and the floor to ceiling windows make it feel so much bigger. I never have an issue with friends coming over and finding parking. It’s also very safe and never had an issue receiving packages. Any time I (rarely! have a Matinence issue I submit on the online portal and they are at the door that day. To live at the central place is to really feel like you live at a hotel! The hallways, the cleanliness, the fun events the leasing agents throw, my neighbors and camaraderie here is great.
