The management and maintenance teams at Windsor Kingstowne are plain and simply..........THE BEST!!!!! Communication to the residents around upgrades or work to be done is excellent!!! Maintenance requests are normally handled in one visit and done by a completely professional staff. The Windsor Kingstowne staff the best I've ever seen!!! Many thanks to everyone associated with Windsor Kingstowne!!!

Wonderful community—close to everything and always well-maintained. The grounds are very clean, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they host so many great activities for residents to enjoy. It’s truly a great place to live, and the office is run by an outstanding team of people. I absolutely love it here!

Community is great. Location, environment, and units are superb. If you’re looking for somewhere that is conveniently located to grocery/shopping needs, this is perfect. Leasing staff is extremely helpful and work with intention and kindness. They truly enhanced the experience of moving in. Its also very quiet outside and inside as well (at least on 3rd floor) so your sleep will be that of Psalm 4:8 - peaceful! I believe pricing is fairly priced based on location and what you get.
