Finally got settled into my apartment. I moved in late April from being stationed overseas in Japan and finally got all my stuff delivered. The Windsor team has been extremely attentive and helpful throughout the transition especially Trevor! He has gone above and beyond and truly cares for each and every tenant!

Highly recommend this apartment complex! The front desk staff especially Trevor and Lou are very professional and always willing to help solve any problems. The same goes for the leasing management office! Maintance request are typically resolve same day if not within 24 hours! The rooftop pool is beautiful as well as the second floor lounge area which is great for working from home. You can tell the team here takes great pride in this building as it’s very well maintained and clean! Can’t beat... the location above a Starbucks two blocks from Trader Joe’s and just steps away from dozens of restaurants, in a short walk to downtown Bethesda or the Metro. I recently moved in to Windsor Bethesda in March 2025 and this is by far the best apartment community I have lived in since being in the DMV for over ten years. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and always helpful. The concierge, especially Trevor, makes you feel welcome every time you come home and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.
