Bria is a beautiful property and the staff were helpful and professional. Lauren was quick and responsive and had an answer to every question I asked! It was nice to speak to someone so responsive and that genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and care about their tenants. The gym isprivate and clean and I love that they have a pool for summer and a hot tub for winter! Would definitely recommend!

Magnificent Choice!
Bria is 100% the place to live in West Haven, the apartments are modern and grounds are kept clean at all times. The manager Lauren is an absolute sweetheart and has the answer to all of my questions. She is very attentive and made my entire move in a breeze; from the application process to getting my keys. The apartments are spectacular and everything is brand new. I am very happy with my choice and cannot imagine living anywhere else in this area.

Tenant comes first
Lauren was great to work with and get us the accommodations needed, we were able to move in faster than originally planned and able to have the accommodations for my new puppy. Fantastic Place to Live!!
The management is absolutely amazing! They have a great team and maintenance responds very quickly to any work orders. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I’m very excited to watch as the community grows. I already plan on staying for at least two years!
