Management is by far the WORST ever. You can never talk to the manager or assistant manager. Seems like they avoid any conflict and the front office is just as useless as they are. They can never discuss anything because they have no idea. Not sure what is the point of so many of them working there if they have no knowledge of ANYTHING. I got towed 2 times because they claimed my pass was not visible when it was on the dashboard, but they didn't want to take the time to look. No warning at all. ... I called, emailed and went to the office several times to complain about the noise upstairs and recorded it and NOTHING was ever done. They claimed they spoke with the upstairs neighbors, but when I spoke to them, they stated they were never contacted by the front office. They claim there is no smoking and you can smell the weed everywhere. They also claim you can't work on your cars, but you see all the residents working on them. There was no walkthrough done with me when I first moved in and the place was "supposedly" cleaned and it wasn't. There were red stains in the bathrooms, and the dish washer was disgusting. I never used it, for that reason. The carpets were not vacuumed or cleaned. They claimed it was wear and tear but now want to charge for bogus crap! I had to go purchase cleaning supplies the next day to clean the apartment myself. I took pictures and they claimed they couldn't open them. They have ridiculous rules that they don't themselves don't follow. I've never seen a group of such incompetent people. The price of rent is way overpriced for what you get. The outside of each apartment is dirty, and you see dog poop and it's just left there till it dries and no one picks it up. If you can avoid these apartments, please do so! They have a deal with the towing company. Paid 100 a month for parking I lived there one year and got towed 6 times. Even called the tow company and was approved to park and they towed anyway, I called and they lied saying who I talked to didn't work there. They make up fees to charge you more and purposely don't reach out for the 60 notice to move out I let them know 58 days prior and they charged me a little over 2k. I would NOT recommend living here. The staff is consistently rude and seems inconvenienced when asked basic questions over the phone. While I can tolerate the paper-thin walls that make it possible to hear everything happening in neighboring apartments, the parking situation is by far the most aggravating aspect. Guests are allowed until 2 AM, and anything beyond that results in towing. What's particularly frustrating about this place is the unoccupied covered parking and the insufficient... uncovered parking. I was informed that these unoccupied stalls are 'assigned' to specific apartments, but it's evident that not all apartments are occupied. Despite this, I had to park far away at Top Golf because all uncovered parking spots were taken, while 60% of the covered parking remained empty. I have been towed TWICE on 400 N. when my pass is visible. So that's not happening a 3rd time. It's annoying to see these spots being reserved for potential residents, while current residents struggle with parking issues. Due to the ongoing problems with Mill Point, I can only see myself staying here for a year.

Another HUGE frustration for me is the inconsistency of the garbage collection service in this community. Despite being aware of the two designated non-pickup days, the situation has escalated to the point where we go without trash collection for five consecutive days, despite being obligated to pay for and rely on this service. Consequently, we find ourselves having to handle our own garbage disposal regularly. Despite having expressed our concerns, there has been no improvement, and the leasing office seems ineffective in addressing issues affecting the complex. It's unfair to pay for a service that consistently falls short of its scheduled obligations. If you enjoy dealing with frustration, I would encourage you to contact Mill Point and consider living here, as they excel at making the living situation as exasperating as possible. The management is the absolutely worst ever. They will tell you to your face that they have zero interest in helping you because their main priority is keeping the lenders happy. They've come into our apts like 6 times this year alone to check smoke detectors or to look around!! WHAT?! It's like theyre suspiciously poking around constantly. SUPER creepy way of acting when we're just trying to live our lives and feel safe. The corridors are constantly smelly and gross, rarely cleaned. The walls... are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. This place isnt a home or place where you feel safe and comfy. This place is an encampment for prisoners who are vulnerable to the warden barging in at any moment, demanding to see your stuff like theyre trying to steal it. It's completely insane. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will be super upset when you go anywhere else in town and realize how easily you couldve chosen those places. They will charge you for bogus things AFTER you have already moved out. Parking was a nightmare and then they would tow you for tiny infractions. They wouldn't let you put anything on the porch, claiming that it was a "fire hazard" and said to out the stuff in the living room (which is a bigger fire hazard), or to put it in the garage (we did not even have an option for a garage). Then they had a sixty day notice to vacate policy that they never made us aware, so we had to pay extra for days... that we weren't even going to be there. The management is impossible to get ahold of and when you could they were wildly unhelpful. The walls were not even painted, only primed.
