In some cases a co-signer may be required. 7. If applicants are applying as roommates, denying one applicant will result in all applicants being denied. All applicants will be informed of their application status: Acceptance or rejection through the email provided on the original application. 9. All applicants 18 years or older must fill out and submit a separate online application. 10. All applicants will pay a $50.00 application fee. 11. If a lease is written the tenant will be required to pay a security deposit in the amount specified in the marketing ad. 12. Additional fees that may occur during leasing period: A late fee of 10% of the rent is charged for payments made after the 5th of the month.
