The last company was better & had wonderful, kind, understanding people. The new people are rude, the so-called head of maintenance has a big boulder on his shoulder & is very rude & full of himself. No notices have gone out for any changes, like laundry room hours, office hours, etc… no empathy for cost of living problems, no help with the assistance application, where the previous people were more than happy to help with the process & help making sure the application was done & delivered to... the right place. DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!’

My living here hasnt always been that great but with our most recent management team, things have been running smoothly. Our concerns and needs are addressed. Our recent maintenance team has also been great. They come out in a timely manner when we need anything looked at or fixed. My kids love Tom! Also our neighbors are all to themselves. We have no issues or trouble with anyone. We can come and go with ease.

Great community. Fun activities like pool, gym, & events. Fast maintenance. Dog clean up stations. Close to trax & dinners. Great management.

Management team is great and goes far and beyond. Location is close to everything. Maintance team gets the job done. Canyon Park Apartments is by far the best Apartments we lived at that actually values us.
