Callie is the best! She’s super responsive and extremely helpful. The building is super clean and quiet. My experience so far at Sugar Flats has been great!

Very walkable, quiet, with good views of the mountains!! We like to ride mountain bikes and hike, which we so far have already been able to explore so much within 20 minutes of our home at Sugarflats (we've been here less than 3 weeks). We went to the Hogle Zoo's Zooluminate (highly recommend), which is also less than 20 minutes from the community.

Amazing apartment, amazing staff, love the garage and the smart home app. Super friendly neighbors. Lots of mixed ages, no busy street noise
