BEST place to live!! Been here since 2016.... Maintenance is top notch, and the office staff is AMAZING. They not only have treats for us residents that live here also for our pets! They're always trying to improve and add little things here and there that just make you want to stay here forever!!

Good apartment building and maintenance. However ever since installing the smart locks, they worked well but now the apple wallet integration doesn’t work at all. It would’ve been nice to use my phone to unlock doors and it was nice at first but now it won’t work at all and functionally it’s the same as having a key but having to pay extra on top of rent for this “service” is a little frustrating because it’s not really adding convenience or functionality to my life. Managements hands are tied... here since they’re not tech support but SmartRent has been largely unhelpful even despite switching the locks out, it still doesn’t work.

Overall its a good experience. Maintenance is fast and clear about what they are doing, everyone at the front desk it friendly! Packages/mail are safe, and other residents are good people I chat with from time to time.
The issue seems to be the upper management that doesn't interact with us. At this point I have 5-6 or "apps" that take care of everything. I'm forced to use them or I can't pay rent, open my door (if the app works at all...), change the AC/Heating, or get a package. I would... vastly prefer a key to my door/packages. Our door got replaced AGAIN this week because the electronic door lock has too many known bugs... like locking people out of their apartments, burning through batteries quickly, or not being reset-able. No one likes the increase in the number of apps.
I'd also like to be able to use the stairs next to the elevator in the lobby instead of going through the garage to get to stairs.
