I've had a pretty positive experience here. It's a nice area to walk a dog. The trains are annoying but the facilities are pretty solid. I appreciate the landscaping to make everything look nice. If I could ask anything it would be that maintenance respond quicker to any requests.

It’s a pretty nice community. The outdoor area with the pool and bbq’s have been so nice especially as the weather is getting warmer. Overall it’s a good place to live.

My experience has been very Positive here at Avida. We haven’t had many issues here. The pool is very nice. The gym is nice to go to as well.
