We recently had an issue arise with roaches, I’ve never imagined how fast and thorough the problem would be resolved. Like all maintenance requests I input, it was resolved quickly.

I enjoy living here I have lived here going three years now and I just really love it and would and do recommend it to everyone I know to come live here too

It’s fine. The staff is very friendly. Maintenance requests are slow to respond but are always kind when they show up. I wish I did not have to call them as often to fix things.

I've had a good experience here. I've been here for over three years now. I feel like the location is great. Not too far from downtown and not too far from the a good portion of the valley. Great place for working dogs too.

I have been living in a three bedroom, two bath apartment at Avida Apartments for five months and I have been quite comfortable and happy.

My guests have a difficult time finding my apartment because the building number is hidden. I have had to walk out to find guests and food delivery people.

Always make sure to tell anyone visiting that towing is heavily enforced. Especially at night. If it's a quick drop off of food or something like that, just make sure they know to leave their hazard... lights on. If you have guests visiting and they need to park, be sure to tell them ahead of time that parking is next to impossible to find for guests because only street parking is available for guests.
