The apartment was bigger than I expected! Parking of course is horrible, and people don’t clean up after their dogs. But the actual apartment and management has been pleasant.

The apartment itself looks good, not much damage and pretty up to date. Outside the apartment is a different story, absolutely terrible parking situation and they don’t seem to care whatsoever about it, bird poop is a problem, the hallway and stairs are a bit of a mess. The office staff have been nothing but helpful and nice. Root of the problem seems to be the money hungry complex owners.

I love living here. The management is a key factor in me staying. Jordan works hard to make this apartment complex a community. We love out home and the amenities Avida provides. I always get a parking spot close to my unit, the pool is clean and open year round. Maintenance is timely and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful to live here and recommend it to many friends and family.

The apartments are very nice and updated. The staff at the leafing office is very nice.
My only complaint is that the package room is not open 24 hours.
