We have loved living at Avida. It truly is a community here. We have had nothing but good things to say about this place.The maintenance is always on top of things and management is always quick to respond. We have felt truly cared for here. Our only complaint is parking which we understand is not an issue the complex can currently correct.

The maintenance team has been very helpful. The office staff is very on top of things. And for the most part the community is clean the only thing that could use some work is the lack of residence picking up after the dogs.

I have had a positive experience here. I've been here for over three years now, and I wouldn't have stayed otherwise. I like the location. It's a good place to walk a dog. They've also really improved and do a good job in keeping the area clean and looking nice. Staff has always been helpful and responsive.

These apartments aren't perfect. You can feel the age and size constraints at times, especially in the kitchen, and the particular location might not be the best but what they are is properly priced and well cared for. Everything that is within control of the management team is handled quickly and efficiently, I've never had any issues with communication, and they truly seem to care about the community here. I don't often attend the events that they hold but the way it helps foster a community... inside of the complex is very nice to be around. I've lived at several different apartment buildings in the last 5 or so years and Jordan and her staff here are easily the best group I've interacted with

Pretty expensive I think most places are now a days, but we’ve been here 3 years and people that have just moved in get to pay less than we do. Half the people in the office are friendly and kind, maintenance is pretty fast whenever we put a ticket in. The manager tries really hard to make activities for the residents but it really sucks if you work weekends because you don’t get to go. It’s not the best but it’s definitely not the worst place to live.
