Amenities are great and the apartments are spacious. The parking is difficult and the train can be loud. Many closets, pretty Mountain views (top floor), washer and dryer and dishwasher in unit.

We have a pretty good community, our neighbors are nice and helpful.
The property management are great workers they work very hard and get any issues that you may have taken care of as soon as possible.

For the most part I like living here. I like the inside of my apartment. I like the size. I do think the stairs and corridors are gross and dirty. The ceilings out there are peeling and look like they are going to crumble. There is trash all over. Bird poop as well.

clean, maintenance is fast although often a very temporary fix. Wish the lil was open more but that is a residents issue. Not as noisy as you'd expect and the corner store is a great perk. Mail has been an issue for me, though. Often in the wrong mailbox, or mailboxes will change without making you aware. All gets ironed out, though, and jordan and Maddie have been very helpful
