I love living at the Avida apartments. There really nice as well as the staff here there very helpful. I love our pool are it’s really nice we also have a store at the apartments which makes things easy. The only complaint I have about living here is the parking it’s horrible. And the people smoking pot it comes through the walls and through the windows from people who smoke it on there balconies with there buddies.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The train station is a five minute walk away. The grounds are well cared for and all the animals you meet are friendly. The only downside is the limited parking.
