We love Avida! We have loved to call this place home for the past year. I’m sad that we barely moved here. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is amazing. I love all of the amenities they have to offer and I loved how connected they were with tenants! Way to go.

Been moved in for about a week now, so far so good. Dryer didn't work and the maintenance team came out and replaced it right away! They even came out on a Saturday.

This is apartment is just fine. The staff are nice and the price is not bad for the area. Parking sucks is you have more than one care though.

I've had a positive experience here. I like the area. It's really central to everything. The staff are pretty helpful and attentive. Great place for walking dogs.

I've had a positive experience here and I've been living here for years. I would say they've really improved since I moved here at keeping the grounds and the area looking really nice. I very much appreciate that.
