I’m very happy living at Avida Apartments. The area is peaceful, the apartment is comfortable, and the staff is always kind and helpful. I’ve had a great experience living here and would recommend it to others.

Pretty affordable for being this close to SLC, everything about the community and amenities are just okay. The apartments themselves aren’t bad.

The apartment is okay. The staff is really nice and the maintenance crew is always super helpful with calls. It’s a good location and it’s great it’s near trax.

So far so good, I absolutely love my apartment, I’m on the 4th floor but climbing those stairs has helped with adding to my daily activity levels
