Everything has been good so far living here and Avida. With summer they have been doing some events that have been fun to participate in. Maintenance has always been super great, super quick to fixing. And overall a great community.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick to respond to any repair requests. They communicate well with tenants and keep us updated on work orders and building notices, which is appreciated. The property is generally clean and well-kept, and the units are comfortable.

The staff has been very friendly to us! We just renewed our lease for our place. I still have some minor complaints though. For example I wish people would not park so horrible on the streets.
